Permanent residency
Permanent migratory status in Paraguay. We handle the full process for you, including the in-person filing at Migraciones.
National ID card
Paraguay's national identification document, issued after residency is granted. It is the official ID document in Paraguay.
RUC
Single Taxpayer Registry. Tax identification number, equivalent to a European NIF. Required to operate legally with invoicing.
IRE
Corporate Income Tax. General rate on income generated in Paraguay. We apply the regime that best fits your situation.
Territorial system
Tax system where only income generated inside the country is taxed. Paraguay taxes Paraguayan-source income, not foreign-source income.
SEPRELAD
Paraguay's anti-money-laundering authority. Nexa is a reporting entity, which means we comply with regulations on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.
KYC
Know Your Customer. Identity and funds verification procedure used by banks and regulated entities before opening accounts or starting business relationships.
